These "Immortal Mafias" Own the entire Western Region between the lot of them, and because of their love for power and money, consist of both those under the command/influence of Szadek and Savra...and those under the command/influence of Ira Marhium.

Lord Cailu |  | The Eastern Region of the 'Borderlands' is an area of wonder. The surroundings are dank, much like the swamps of the Shadow Nexus. It is here that the Black Market resides, selling everything from liquor, in the bars, to high-mana enhanced weapons and teachings in highly powerful magics. This is were people come to earn their money, without worrying about neutrality.
